My client, a well-established organisation operating within a regulated healthcare and medical products environment, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their Dublin Head Office. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines day-to-day warehouse operations with team supervision, inventory control, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, stock control, order fulfilment, and dispatch. You will lead a small team while ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, quality, and customer service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Allocate resources and coordinate workloads to meet operational targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes.
• Manage stock rotation, cycle counts, and annual stock takes.
• Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse team members.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and utilisation.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience within a regulated industry such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or similar would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Manual handling certification and relevant warehouse equipment certifications are advantageous.
• Physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties, including occasional lifting.
