Clark Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing business within the warehousing and distribution sector to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager for their operation in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional who can lead from the front, manage daily operations efficiently, and support a busy warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
Manage inbound and outbound goods efficiently and accurately
Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisation
Coordinate with transport and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections
Drive continuous improvements across warehouse processes and efficiencies
Operate forklifts and assist operationally where required during busy periods
Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and overall warehouse performance
Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse best practices

Requirements

Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to support warehouse operations when needed
Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences are essential
Experience managing warehouse KPIs and stock control processes
Good understanding of health & safety within a warehouse environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting
