PHECC
PHECC – the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council – provides training, education and support services to first responders throughout Ireland. This group includes paramedics, healthcare workers and those who deliver first aid care.
Clark provides three separate services to PHECC, allowing them to focus on their vital core work:
- We manage the administration of both their medicine development program and their examinations.
- We manage the payroll requirements for PHECC’s external instructors and examiners. For PHECC’s convenience, these examiners are engaged directly by Clark, leaving PHECC with one overall payment to make – further simplifying their administration.
- We also look after the distribution of all PHECC’s marketing and educational material throughout Ireland. This involves liaising directly with relevant organisations, including Order of Malta, HSE, Red Cross, UCD and many more. This dispersal is achieved online, through traditional mail or by collection, as required by individual organisations.
