Teagasc
Teagasc is a semi-state research, advisory and training body operating in partnership with the agricultural and food industries, and rural development agencies. Teagasc recruit a wide range of skills, including financial, administrative and specialist personnel – such as agri-scientists and food scientists.
When Teagasc were looking for a company to supply tailored recruitment management and administration, working alongside their HR department and supporting in-house hiring managers – Clark was the obvious choice.

As a result of Clark’s support, Teagasc personnel have had time to focus on planning and development, and to consolidate relationships between Stakeholders, Hiring Managers and HR.

PHECC
PHECC – the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council – provides training, education and support services to first responders throughout Ireland. This group includes paramedics, healthcare workers and those who deliver first aid care.
Clark provides three separate services to PHECC, allowing them to focus on their vital core work:
- We manage the administration of both their medicine development program and their examinations.
- We manage the payroll requirements for PHECC’s external instructors and examiners. For PHECC’s convenience, these examiners are engaged directly by Clark, leaving PHECC with one overall payment to make – further simplifying their administration.
- We also look after the distribution of all PHECC’s marketing and educational material throughout Ireland. This involves liaising directly with relevant organisations, including Order of Malta, HSE, Red Cross, UCD and many more. This dispersal is achieved online, through traditional mail or by collection, as required by individual organisations.

SETU Carlow (formerly Institute Of Technology Carlow)
IT Carlow prides itself on being one of the leading third level Institutions in Ireland and on having up to date state of the art facilities. These include a High Performance Centre and a superb gym facility for its staff, students and elite athletes from its highly regarded sports science and sports programs.
Clark was awarded the tender to manage these facilities and they have also designed and implemented a program of classes for members of the gym. Clark provide fully qualified and certified gym instructors who oversee the running of the facilities and deliver a diverse selection of fitness classes to meet the individual needs of all users.
Clark also manage all membership subscriptions and communication with members regarding timetables, classes and specific events. This contributes significantly to promoting a healthy, mobile and active way of working and life at IT Carlow.
Clark have worked with the management of IT Carlow to ensure a first class facility and service is provided. The people provided by Clark are professional and vastly experienced. This allows the college to focus on its strengths in other areas with the knowledge and trust that a superior service is being provided to staff and students through the partnership with Clark.
