Customer Service Representative

Location: Dublin Airport Business Park
Salary: €32,000 – €35,000 DOE

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team within a fast-paced and exciting e-commerce logistics environment.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, partner locations, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring queries are handled quickly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries across phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and helpful manner
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
Log customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records
Support internal teams with customer requests, complaints, and updates
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Assist with reporting and performance tracking

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 on a rotational basis
