Retail Merchandiser
The Role
We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to join our client’s team and help create attractive, well-presented and commercially effective retail environments across stores nationwide.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring products are presented to a high standard, promotional activity is implemented effectively, and stores are visually appealing and easy for customers to shop.
This opportunity would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, strong visual awareness and a genuine interest in retail and product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high visual merchandising and display standards across stores.
- Ensure products are correctly stocked, priced and presented.
- Implement promotional and seasonal displays and layouts.
- Work closely with store owners and the wider retail team.
- Ensure displays are commercially focused and support sales performance.
- Complete merchandising and restocking activities efficiently and to a high standard.
- Travel nationwide to support stores as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
- Strong visual awareness and an excellent eye for detail.
- Good understanding of product presentation and display.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach to your work.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required. A qualification or background in retail, business, visual merchandising or a related area would be an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Nationwide travel between stores is required.
- Overnight stays will be required as part of the role.
- Full clean driving licence and own vehicle essential.

- Physically active role involving lifting, bending and prolonged periods on your feet.
- Some early morning or evening work may be required for store set-up, merchandising or restocking.
