We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join a prestigious luxury retailer based in Kildare Village on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a high-end retail environment and work with a premium international brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
- Supporting customers with product selection and enquiries
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation across the store
- Processing sales and payments accurately
- Replenishing stock and assisting with deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting retail environment
- Supporting the wider team to achieve store and customer service goals
About You
- Previous retail experience is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, polished and confident approach
- Comfortable working in a luxury or premium retail environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
- Availability for both mid-week and weekend shifts is essential
