Core Duties
- Cultivate a positive work environment aligned with organisation’s culture
- Act as the primary contact for investigations, grievances, and disciplinary issues
- Manage HR personnel, recruitment, and performance management processes, providing accurate reports as needed
- Oversee employment contract issuance and work permits
- Drive supervisor and management training initiatives
- Assist line managers and team leads on all people-related matters
- Champion the Inclusion & Diversity agenda organisation-wide
- Organize staff events and oversee wellbeing programs
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to HR queries via email
- Participate in general HR projects and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Maintain HR system Timepoint and provide administrative support for quarterly committee meetings
- Produce and manage accurate HR reports, including payroll processing, administer health insurance and pensions for all staff
- Maintain accurate employee records in the database
- Actively involved in general HR Projects
- Ensure all employment related processes and documentation are in compliance with legislation
- Oversight and maintenance our HR systems
- Ensure that administrative support is provided for quarterly committee meetings
- Ensure the production and management of accurate HR reports
Requirements / Experience:
- CIPD HR Degree Qualification or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Broad knowledge of all aspects and workings of a HR department
- Track record of delivering HR objectives in line with company strategy
- Interest in aligning to company mission and values
