Primary Responsibilities:

Working directly with the Managing Director to your duties will include :
  • Scanning and filing documents 
  • Coordinating with various suppliers
  • Learning specifications & product standards
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare Technical Submittals & Quotations to allow tenders be submitted to contractors
  • Dealing with logistics both internal & external
  • General day to day office administration
  • Updating Annual contracts and quotations for clients
  • Coordinating Engineer work schedules & worksheets
  • Managing both internal and external communications by phone and email

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • An ability to work as part of a team 
  • Exceptional organisational skills 
  • An ability to multitask 
  • A strong attention to detail 
  • Methodical in your approach to work
