Primary Responsibilities:
Working directly with the Managing Director to your duties will include :
- Scanning and filing documents
- Coordinating with various suppliers
- Learning specifications & product standards
- Data Entry
- Prepare Technical Submittals & Quotations to allow tenders be submitted to contractors
- Dealing with logistics both internal & external
- General day to day office administration
- Updating Annual contracts and quotations for clients
- Coordinating Engineer work schedules & worksheets
- Managing both internal and external communications by phone and email
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional organisational skills
- An ability to multitask
- A strong attention to detail
- Methodical in your approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
