Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a robust digital marketing and branding strategy that aligns with both the agency's goals and client objectives.
- Offer strategic leadership to the digital marketing team, ensuring the provision of top-tier services that consistently exceed client expectations.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of digital marketing experts, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.
- Manage the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for major accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges to offer strategic insights and ensure sustained client satisfaction.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to grow the agency's client base and revenue streams.
- Develop and present persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Partner closely with the leadership team to support the agency's overall growth and long-term success.
- Work in collaboration with the events team to incorporate digital marketing and branding services into the agency's comprehensive offerings.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, emphasising strategy and account management.
- Proven success in agency settings, with a history of effective team leadership and client relationship management.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business development and broaden service offerings.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.
