Temporary Delivery Driver

As a van delivery driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from the warehouse to customer locations. Your primary duties include loading and unloading goods, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle. You will also interact with customers upon delivery, ensuring satisfaction and handling any inquiries or concerns professionally.
Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate and maintain delivery van.
2. Load and unload goods from the van.
3. Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Verify contents of deliveries against shipping papers.
5. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
6. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
7. Report any incidents or vehicle issues to management.

Requirements:

1. Valid full Irish driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
3. Ability to lift heavy packages and navigate delivery routes.
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
