Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Support Specialist to support the continued growth. Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in engaging with Key Decision Makers and multi-disciplinary teams to drive market share and business success. This role involves providing in-theatre case support, delivering product education, building strong customer relationships, managing administrative tasks within designated accounts, and collaborating with the Territory Sales Manager on business strategies. Success in this position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset to support both clients and internal stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Location: Cork & Galway
 Roles & Responsibilities:

• To develop and maintain a broad understanding and experience of all aspects of the support process
• To develop and maintain a comprehensive and up to date specialist technical knowledge in line with product developments and customer requirements
• To become trained across a range of products and markets
• professional development requirements are consistently met
• To keep abreast of competitor activities and key market developments

Requirements:

• A clinical qualification with relevant experience essential, preferably within the hip/knee implant area
• A willingness to work in a clinical support role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A flexible attitude and focus on team work
• Proven attention to detail and follow through
• Capacity to integrate easily
• Quick analytical mind
• Ability to work to deadlines
• A desire to work in sales an advantage
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• A clean, full driving license.
