Sales Support Executive – Hybrid (Naas)

Clark is recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join their commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Process customer orders and manage CRM updates

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services

  • Support in compiling sales reports and data analysis

  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records

  • Respond to customer queries and follow up on leads

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a sales support, admin, or similar role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
