Sales Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to process our sales orders, invoices and manage customer ledgers. In this role, you will verify customer information, process orders, issue invoices, relay order and delivery instructions, complete monthly sales reports along with other administrative duties. You will be working with dual currencies.

The successful applicant will likely have advanced administrative skills and adequate experience in a busy sales environment. You will need to understand how a sales team works and provide the relevant administrative support to ensure that the sales function operates smoothly and efficiently. Above all, you will need a positive, can-do attitude.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Order Management:
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on any delivery issues.
• Communicate with sales team regarding order status, delivery times, and product availability when requested.
Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes and proforma invoices.
• Ensuring all customer and sales data is up to date.
• Generate sales reports for the sales team and management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation and purchase orders.
• Raising sales transaction invoices.
• Order and manage office stationary, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure data is accurate and accessible.
• Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized, including common areas and workspaces.
