Retail & Trade Marketing Manager
We are seeking a commercially minded Retail & Trade Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of premium marketing initiatives across retail and trade channels. Working within a high-end, design-led environment, you will elevate brand presence in-store and with trade partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the luxury positioning of our brand. You will collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Product teams to deliver exceptional experiences that drive performance while reinforcing our prestige identity.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a retail and trade marketing strategy that reflects the brand's luxury ethos and drives engagement, sell-through, and brand visibility.

Lead the planning and roll-out of seasonal in-store campaigns, product launches, window displays, visual merchandising, and exclusive clienteling initiatives.

Partner with high-end retail and trade partners (department stores, boutiques, concept stores, etc.) to deliver premium marketing activations.

Manage POS and brand presentation materials to ensure consistency and excellence in all physical environments.

Act as a brand guardian across all retail environments, ensuring the customer journey is immersive, on-brand, and aligned with global standards.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored B2B marketing tools

Monitor competitor activity and luxury market trends to inform innovation and maintain competitive edge.

Track performance of retail campaigns, measuring ROI and customer engagement metrics to inform future activity.

Manage relationships with creative, production, and visual merchandising agencies.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade or retail marketing within a luxury, premium, or design-led brand (e.g. fashion, beauty, watches, interiors, accessories).

Strong understanding of luxury retail environments and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.

Proven experience delivering exceptional in-store and trade marketing campaigns.

Meticulous attention to detail, with a flair for storytelling and visual excellence.

Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and externally.

Commercially astute with an understanding of how marketing drives sales and enhances brand desirability.

Degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
