Personal Lines Insurance Executive

My Naas-based client is seeking a results-driven professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to join their team. Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager, this role involves managing and growing a client portfolio, securing new business, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, a proven ability to exceed targets, and expertise in personal lines products. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a collaborative and client-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    New business sales – identify and secure new business clients 
•    Renewals – Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with high retention rates
•    Cross selling – identify opportunities to cross sell products to existing clients
•    Client support – provide outstanding customer services, addressing queries and issues efficiently
•    Team Collaboration – work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and deliver and excellent customer experience
•    Provide expert advice and solutions across the different personal  lines products
•    Undertake Ad Hoc tasks to support the team

Requirements:
•    APA qualified 
•    Must have previous experience in a brokerage (minimum 2 years)
•    Excellent knowledge of Applied / Relay system
•    Proven track record to exceed sales / retention targets
