Office Administrator
My client, based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare have been providing global technical solutions across various sectors since 1997. Join their operations team as a key administrator and contribute to their already established leading market presence worldwide.
This is a full-time, permanent role (subject to completion of 6 months' probationary period).
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Generating and following up on quotations.
- Customer/Supplier enquiries.
- Answering calls and directing to correct department
- Timely and efficient handling of Customer/Supplier requests.
- Working closely with the sales team and finance team.
- Maintaining and developing existing Customer/Supplier Relationships.
- Working with the sales team to update LinkedIn.
- General administration tasks as assigned.
This position would suit an administrator with:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook and accounting software systems

This is a Monday to Friday role, fully on-site.
