Office Administrator

My client, based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare have been providing global technical solutions across various sectors since 1997. Join their operations team as a key administrator and contribute to their already established leading market presence worldwide. 
This is a full-time, permanent role (subject to completion of 6 months' probationary period).

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Generating and following up on quotations.
  • Customer/Supplier enquiries.
  • Answering calls and directing to correct department
  • Timely and efficient handling of Customer/Supplier requests.
  • Working closely with the sales team and finance team.
  • Maintaining and developing existing Customer/Supplier Relationships.
  • Working with the sales team to update LinkedIn.
  • General administration tasks as assigned.

This position would suit an administrator with:

  • Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook and accounting software systems

This is a Monday to Friday role, fully on-site.
