HR Support Administrator
Our client, an International NGO, that collaboratively brings positive and lasting change for a just world. They provide aid across 20 different countries worldwide.
Below are the requirements for the HR Support position. Previous experience is required and the ability to hit the ground running is essential. Some of the duties are as follows:
- Provide the necessary administrative and operational support to the HR Team.
- Manage the HR inbox; provide timely and accurate advice to queries and requests within agreed SLAs to ensure positive stakeholder experience.
- Maintain, update and report on the HR system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support for a range of HR processes including recruitment, on boarding, internal move and leaver processes, invoices processing.
- Provide guidance and process employee leave arrangements and schemes e.g. maternity, paternity, parental, flexible working.
- Provide cover and assistance to the recruitment coordinator and other roles during leave and as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Partners as required.
