About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our public sector organisation on a part-time basis for a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, labour law compliance, and best practices.
Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Coordinate staff development and training programs.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with HR reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the public sector.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
