HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover)
Location: Naas, Ireland
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 months minimum)
Reporting To: Group Head of HR
Job Purpose:
Join one of Ireland’s leading food manufacturers on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to enhance organisational performance and ensure legal compliance in our client’s supportive culture where people are valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:

  • Lead investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations issues such as sickness absence and performance management.
  • Support grievance and bullying/harassment claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of the annual appraisal process and support PIP processes.

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver mandatory management training.
  • Update and create new ‘How-to’ guides, including developing e-learning modules.

Legal Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment law changes.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with minimum standards.
  • Regularly update the employee handbook and issue necessary addendums.
