Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering exceptional customer service, managing helpdesk tickets, and supporting daily operations to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage helpdesk tickets while assisting in scheduling engineers.
- Provide efficient and professional customer support.
- Process customer orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Respond to online customer queries and messages promptly.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Utilise internal systems and processes to enhance customer support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- IT Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT sector is an advantage.
- Time Management: Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Customer Focus: Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and tailor responses accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and organisational abilities.
- Initiative & Teamwork: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus but not essential.
