Hospitality & Client Account Executive
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and organised professional to take the lead in client account management and hospitality coordination. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and overseeing seamless event execution. This is a hybrid position where you will be a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring each experience is memorable and professionally delivered.

Key Duties:
•    Act as main point of contact for client enquiries and bookings
•    Deliver tailored customer service to drive satisfaction and retention
•    Manage client memberships and develop long-term relationships
•    Support sales activities and track performance metrics
•    Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue
•    Collaborate with commercial teams on package development and improvements
•    Oversee hospitality operations and ensure smooth race/event day delivery
•    Liaise with internal teams and catering partners for event execution
•    Evaluate client needs and offer tailored solutions
•    Provide ongoing feedback to enhance service and operations
•    Act as the on-site liaison during event days
•    Support sponsorship initiatives and relationship building

Requirements:
•    3+ years’ experience in hospitality, events, or client-facing sales role
•    Proven ability to manage bookings and coordinate logistics
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•    Commercially aware with an eye for growth opportunities
•    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
•    Knowledge of hospitality or events sectors essential
•    Familiarity with business development processes desirable
•    Full clean driver’s licence
•    A self-starter with strong computer literacy
