The Role:

Food Safety and Compliance: You ensure that all food safety protocols are rigorously followed, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Hygiene Champion: Committed to maintaining cleanliness, you ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept spotless and sanitary at all times.
Allergen Awareness: You understand the importance of allergen safety and ensure that food is prepared with care for all customers, including those with allergies.
Recipe Management: Following prep sheets, you help ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Flavour Focused: You’re dedicated to ensuring that every dish meets high standards of taste and presentation.
Process Perfection: You adhere to established procedures and ensure that all kitchen processes are executed efficiently.
Stock Support: Assisting with food stock management and rotation, you help keep the kitchen well-organized and compliant.
All Hands on Deck: During peak times, you’re ready to assist on the customer service line to ensure smooth operations.
