The Concierge operation and procedures ensuring the deliverer of excellent standards in service and hospitality. Directs and works with the Hospitality team to carry out all guest functions ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality and maximising the financial performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure The Concierge Standard Operation Procedures are up to date and been followed
  • Supervising and assisting the cashiering procedures
  • Performing all jobs within The Concierge Centre
  • Welcoming guests and dealing with enquiries
  • Providing reports on the Guest Sentiment Surveys and actioning guest comments
  • Leads by example by offering an elevated service and training new staff
  • Respond to guests inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor concierge traffic and adjust staffing accordingly communicating with Head of Hospitality and  Assistant Guest Services Manager
  • Promote Services to all guests
  • Supervise the sale of Gift Cards
  • Set up gift card in boutiques when requested by retail management
  • Ensure gift card collateral stock is available and communicate in timely fashion when an order needs to be placed
  • Compile daily and weekly reports
  • Conversant in all operational policies & procedures, communicating these to guests as and when appropriate.
  • Engage in and support hospitality initiatives within the Visitor Centre, continuously improving on these to surprise & delight our guests
  • Engage with our CRM programme and achieve sign ups to our membership database.
  • Carry out duties in a safe and proper manner both for yourself and for the wellbeing of others in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy
