We are now recruiting for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. 

This role can be undertaken on a full time or part time basis and we offer hybrid working and opportunities to learn, grow and develop.

Reporting to Director the key responsibilities will include:
-Graphic design creation of professional quality branded marketing communications including company brochures, print communication and advertising material.
-Management and production of all social media communications and campaigns using various tools including Canva, Doodly and promo slidey. Daily promotion of all active vacancies to candidates while ongoing promoting of service offerings to clients.
-Website management -implementing improvements, creating content and writing blog articles
-Management of digital media advertising to include Google Display, Google PPC and Facebook Ad Network
-CRM and email management. 
-Responsible for the creation of candidate and client direct marketing campaigns to support business development activity.
-Coordination of candidate and client feedback.
-Management of all customer touch points, from digital to physical, maintaining brand integrity and delivering exceptional standards.
-Ongoing tracking and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activity.
-Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies.
-Marketing budget management.
-Management of all supplier relationships to ensure effective delivery of marketing objectives.
-Liaising with our external marketing agency and graphic designer.
