Our client, a market leader in the medical and scientific fields, are now recruiting a customer service administrator to join their team in Naas. This varied role will appeal to those who are experienced and passionate about providing excellent service to our customers. Full training will be provided.

  • Manage all incoming calls and emails
  • Cover reception duties, greeting visitors, receiving small office deliveries etc
  • Customer service admin including sales orders processing, invoicing, credit note processing and set-up new customers details
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal and team targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Process office stationery orders
  • Point of contact for sales personnel
  • Handle all recall notifications and credits


  • Proven customer service experience
  • Customer centric attitude focused on Customer Satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work without direct supervision to meet goals and objectives
  • Desire for personal and professional improvement
  • Excellent telephone manner and overall communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Can work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying a strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, advanced knowledge of MS products
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle… is an advantage
