Role Overview:

As a Customer Service / Sales Order Processing Representative, you will be at the frontline of operations, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and assistance. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product-specific information, and work closely with other teams to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.


Essential Requirements for the Role:

  • Good Communication Skills: You should be able to articulate well and understand customers’ needs, ensuring a seamless flow of information between the company and the clients.

  • Problem-solving Ability: You will encounter a variety of inquiries and issues; your capacity to think critically and find timely solutions is crucial.

  • PC Literacy: Proficiency in using computers is a must, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. Previous ERP experience required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a Customer Service / Sales Order Processing / Supply Chain position.

  • Product Specific Knowledge: Ability to learn, retain, and apply product-specific information as it pertains to the position. Training will be provided to ensure you are confident in representing the products.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing of customer orders through our ERP System

  • Liaising with customers & couriers to organise returns when required

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Providing product information and assistance

  • Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues

  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions

  • Other duties as assigned
