Roles & Responsibilities

Your role is to support existing staff in:

  • Servicing member policy committees
  • Organising industry events and meetings
  • Developing membership services
  • Development of new organisation website
  • Dealing with individual member and other stakeholder enquiries
  • Recording and reporting on meetings and events

Skills & Attributes

  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Communication (verbal, writing, presentation) skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Event management skills
  • IT / Internet / Website Management / Social Media Skills
  • Ability to seize an initiative to achieve result
  • Capacity to be an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter while working in a team environment
     

Educational Qualifications / Experience

  • Third level qualification
  • Experience in the construction industry desirable
  • Great communicator with excellent organisational skills
