We have an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join our prestigious and evolving client, based in the Greenogue Industrial Estate, Rathcoole.
They are seeking a customer service administrator to join their team.
Main duties are:
- Purchasing product from suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing the inventory of the facility
- Supporting the customer service team on sales, invoicing and processing orders.
You will need to be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have excellent ability to interact and engage with clients
- Strong written and verbal English
- Ability to work in a varied and fast-paced environment
The hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3.30/4pm on Fridays.
This is a 6-month contract with a view to permanency.
