At Clark Recruitment we are looking to recruit a Digital Manager for a leading luxury retail outlet based in Co. Kildare. As Digital Manager you will report to the Head of Digital.

Summary of the role:

We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager who will be responsible for all aspects of our day to day digital operations. The digital marketing manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of all owned channels including website, app, social media & CRM (email marketing ) in addition to paid media. Responsible for the delivery of digital activity and digital targets and KPI’s while continuously improving operations within the department and helping to deliver overall sales and footfall.  

Team Management

  • Managing a team of 3 – Digital Coordinator, Digital Assistant and Digital Intern.
  • Working with the SDMM, setting team goals, objectives, priorities and performance.
  • Developing and motivating team to ensure high calibre and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Team to ensure the company achieves and maximises all opportunities through:


  • Day-to-Day responsibilities for the delivery of digital activity, campaigns, activations and performance.
  • Support the local Marketing and PR Team to drive digital traffic, footfall and sales.
  • Ensure content is fit for purpose and adapted for different digital channels
  • Liaise and work with the wider marketing team and co-ordinate and integrate offline with online.
  • Identify and develop online consumer marketing opportunities.
  • Be responsible for promoting the use of new and innovative technology.  

Additional Duties:

  • Oversee & Assist with mgmt. of day to day plan, schedule, strategy and tactics
  • Create unifying story-arcs across multiple marketing initiatives, working alongside marketing, PR and retail teams to keep platforms updated with relevant, and engaging content.
  • Manage social media initiatives, managing campaigns from start to finish - briefing, creative development, tech development.
  • Integrate Social Media Platforms with broader Digital Channels and Guest Centric journey.
  • Research and implement new platforms and trends to drive digital innovation, meet business needs, improve efficiencies, reach new audiences/markets and measure success
  • Oversee & Assist with mgmt. of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports across all channels


Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital or related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in the luxury brand segment or fashion industry a significant advantage
  • Proven performance in managing a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to share information at all levels.
  • Able to work individually and in a team.
