We are partnering with our client to recruit an experienced Office Administration Assistant to join their company based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a full time, permanent role which requires some flexibility.

The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key duties:

 

Responsibilities:

• Sharing Reception duties to include taking incoming calls and forwarding same.

• Sending correspondence and typing of letters.

• Logistics administration, planning and co-ordination of transport for daily shipments

• Completion of documentation to accompany shipments.

• Invoicing for shipping department.

• Production and stock administration, including data entry, checking records and distribution of information.

• Working as part of a team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

• Professional, friendly manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Adaptable and flexible.

• Requirement for overtime particularly on Friday evenings usual finish 7 to 7.30
