The main purpose of your role will be to provide recruitment support to our team of Recruiters.

 

We envisage that you will work both remotely and from our office base in Naas once restrictions allow.

Job Spec: Reporting to the Director your responsibilities will include the following:

As Recruitment Administrator, you will work with the Recruitment Team to ensure recruitment is executed in an efficient manner and all relevant employment legislation is adhered to. You will provide high quality administration support and customer service in the recruitment and selection process to enable a brilliant candidate/client experience. You will be responsible for advertising roles, screening applications, coordinating shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks and maintaining the CRM system. You will support recruitment KPI reporting, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency and support project work / other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • 2+ years recent administration experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering high quality service and results
  • Experience with recruitment administration and coordination for high volume campaigns and projects
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Customer centric
  • Previous Tendering experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build and sustain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritise
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

You will be/possess:
• Ideally a Third level qualification in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administration/coordination environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients
• Good IT skills, CRM knowledge would be an advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work with proven ability to deliver results.
