We are partnering with our client who are expanding their team in the Kildare area. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand within the beauty industry. Our client is seeking a highly professional experienced co-ordinator to develop and maintain the salon. The role offers ample scope to develop and progress for the right candidate. The position is an initial 12 month contract position with the possibility of a permanent contract. This a part-time position with working hours from Thursday to Saturday. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Salon Floor Management
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Client Handling
  • Managing Phone Calls
  • Responding to Social Media Messages
  • Managing Stock Levels requirements
  • Diary management

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Administration
  • 3rd level education is desirable
  • Experience working with CRM and POS Systems
  • You will be a strong team player with the ability to manage a number of task simultaneously
