Our client have a world class manufacturing facility in Co. Kildare and currently employ over 400 people. They are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Fitter on a full time permanent basis. Excellent training and long term career opportunity to work with a high skilled team.
The Role:
- Support Manufacturing operations to deliver Safety, Quality and throughput objectives.
- Support the maintenance team in identifying and implementing cost reduction programmes
- Provide Maintenance Leadership to a specific Manufacturing area.
- Provide support for the introduction of new products and processes within Manufacturing Operations.
- Drive a systemic approach to loss elimination, and build increasing capability in the Manufacturing organisation.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- FAS mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Have three to five years manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Packaging equipment desirable.
- Have excellent troubleshooting ability.
- Root Cause Analysis experience.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Be an excellent team player.
