We are partnering with our Co. Kildare Client to recruit for an Administration Assistant. This assignment will run for a minimum of 2-3 months. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced and demanding environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work within the licensing division and will involve a lot of data entry. 
  • Assistance for various administration tasks as requested.
  • Answering phones, handling client queries.
  • Ad hoc tasks in maintaining documentation.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent PC and typing Skills with working knowledge of MS Applications, Excel, Word etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Display good initiative and ability to communicate efficiently.
