We are partnering with our Co. Kildare Client to recruit for an Administration Assistant. This assignment will run for a minimum of 2-3 months. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work within the licensing division and will involve a lot of data entry.
- Assistance for various administration tasks as requested.
- Answering phones, handling client queries.
- Ad hoc tasks in maintaining documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Excellent PC and typing Skills with working knowledge of MS Applications, Excel, Word etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Display good initiative and ability to communicate efficiently.
