Temporary Logistics Administrator
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy operations team on a temporary basis with an immediate start through to mid-June.
Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, this role works closely with Dispatch, Finance and Sales teams and is responsible for supporting order processing, invoicing and reporting activities.
This position is fully on site in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
- Process phone and email orders
- Generate customer quotations
- Accurately input orders into the ERP system
- Ensure pricing accuracy on all orders
Reporting & Administration
- Print pick lists for the dispatch team
- Issue sales acknowledgements
- Compile and analyse supply chain data
- Prepare sales analysis reports as required
- Generate additional reports when needed
Invoicing & Credit Control Support
- Generate daily invoices
- Process credit notes
- Reconcile invoices and credits
General Duties
- Respond to internal and external queries
- Liaise with Dispatch regarding order queries
- Assist with additional tasks as required by management
Skills & Experience
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong data entry experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience generating reports
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
