We have three separate Administration opportunities with our Naas-based Client. All roles will require an immediate start.
Duties for the roles will include below and other tasks that maybe required but not listed below,
·Day to day office duties e.g. Correspondence, post, typing, faxing, photocopying, filing etc
·Be proficient in Word, Excel,
·Have experience in IT packages
·Telephone etiquette
·Populate, maintain and update local databases and records
·Work closely with all functions within the organisation to deliver planned services of your area
·Organise and schedule meetings
·Minute taking
·To collect, sort and distribute the mail each morning
·Provide cross cover as per the departments/ management requirements
·To conduct all assignments in a professional, confidential and discreet manner
·To be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
Skills:
Proficient in M.S. Word & Excel
Adaptable within a role
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
