We are working with our client in Co. Kildare to recruit a Group Call Centre Coordinator to join their well established, dynamic team. This role is office based, hours are 9am-6pm. Full training will be provided.
Your duties will include;
· Manage group phone system, picking up calls that are unanswered
· Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner
· Liaising with internal departments regarding customer queries and urgent issues
· Identify customer needs and provide solutions where possible
· Preparation of reports and analysis for management
- Adhoc administration duties as required
You will have;
· Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer focused administration role
· A people focused approach, patient and empathetic
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
· Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
· Diligent with a flexible approach to work
· Good Computer Skills including MS Office
