Internal Sales & Administrator – Construction
We are recruiting an Internal Sales This is a unique opportunity with an excellent opportunity for career development. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing existing accounts, growing new business, generating sales quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Accountabilities:
• Successful sales background – able to achieve KPI’s and targets.
• Partner with internal sales teams on transactional access product sales opportunities.
• Develop opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts.
• Meet sales targets as well as other metrics used to manage the business.
• Develop relationships at various levels and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Maintain a high knowledge level of the company's services.
• Pricing and quoting customers.
• Processing orders for delivery. o Offer sales support to the external sales team.
• Providing Customers with Technical Information on our product range.
• Trade Counter Sales.
• Other Duties assigned.
Requirements: Essential Criteria
• Min 2 years Direct, B2B sales or customer success experience required, preferably selling into businesses.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in negotiating and closing sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Fluent English Language Skills essential (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Networking experience.
• Knowledge, ability, and initiative to solve fundamental problems and make routine decisions in various situations.
• Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on time.
