Grade III Clerical Administrator
We are recruiting a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to work on our client’s team as a clerical administrator. This role primarily involves accurately entering data whilst ensuring precise demographic, test, and location code entries. The ideal candidate will handle filing, manage phone inquiries, and support general office operations with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter detailed data into their systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify and ensure completeness of demographic information, test codes, and location codes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, responding courteously and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents as needed.
- Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data verification.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to policies regarding client information.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong command of English language and basic numeracy skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
- Must be available to work 5 over 7 days, as per staff rotation.
This is a temporary rolling month-to-month contract. Must be available for an immediate start.
