Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a dynamic team based in Navan, Co Meath.  In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a key part in maintaining employee data, handling lifecycle events, and providing support on benefits and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee data and HR system updates.
  • Handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding.
  • Address employee queries and draft employment-related correspondence.
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Prepare HR reports for stakeholders and assist with payroll data.
  • Support HR Business Partners with ER and IR communications.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient HR processes and templates.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives and data projects across divisions.
  • Provide ad hoc support as required.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of employment law and GDPR requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the employment lifecycle processes.
