Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and HR system updates.
- Handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding.
- Address employee queries and draft employment-related correspondence.
- Administer employee benefits
- Prepare HR reports for stakeholders and assist with payroll data.
- Support HR Business Partners with ER and IR communications.
- Contribute to the development of efficient HR processes and templates.
- Collaborate on HR initiatives and data projects across divisions.
- Provide ad hoc support as required.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR record-keeping.
- Knowledge of employment law and GDPR requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comprehensive understanding of the employment lifecycle processes.
