A leading player in commercial vehicles, our client provides parts and service to ensure ultimate performance, endurance, fuel economy and safety. Join their busy and challenging service department as a service administrator on a 6-month contract. 

The job involves fitting into a busy service administration team with particular exposure to service customer end users.

Key Responsibilities:   
  • First point of contact for customers entering the company premises.
  • Answering phone to all incoming customer service calls.
  • Create job cards and service sheets for required truck repair following discussion and agreement with customer.
  • Invoice jobs when work is completed with particular emphasis on accuracy of all final invoices while making sure invoices are completed in a timely manner.
  • Having full input into the planning of the future work schedule and ensuring mechanics are commencing jobs first thing every morning.
  • Assist with reviewing mechanics work on a daily basis and assist with any potential issues.
  • Assist with the warranty processing procedures.
  • Make sure Scania Operating Standards are always maintained at the highest level.
  • Following up with customers when jobs completed and chasing payments for Cash Sale accounts.
