Your core responsibilities will include but, not limited to the below:
- Inputting data into Sage accounts package
- Journal Entries
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Answering calls & taking phone messages
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, outlook and excel), with excellent to detail
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
- Flexible can-do approach to work.
- Have an excellent phone manner and email etiquette .
- Proficient knowledge of Data entry.
