A Data Entry/Accounts Administrator position is available with my Dublin 8 client. The role involves supporting the owner and handling data input into their Sage accounting package whilst also managing reception duties.
Your core responsibilities will include but, not limited to the below:
  • Inputting data into Sage accounts package
  • Journal Entries
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Answering calls & taking phone messages
Key Attributes:
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, outlook and excel), with excellent to detail
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
  • Flexible can-do approach to work.
  • Have an excellent phone manner and email etiquette .
  • Proficient knowledge of Data entry.
 This is a permanent position offering flexibility in regard to working hours .
