We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager for a top Irish beauty e-commerce platform. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth through partnerships in fashion, retail, lifestyle, athleisure, universities, and corporations. Requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and collaboration skills. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role focuses on enhancing brand recognition and acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and Researching Potential Partners: Conducting market research to identify suitable partners and monitor trends.
- Developing and Maintaining Partner Relationships: Cultivating strong connections with partners and collaborating on initiatives.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Leading the preparation and negotiation of Partner Agreements, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Market Presentations: Creating compelling presentations tailored to partners and internal stakeholders.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to agreement closure.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.
- Generating Progress Reports: Providing regular reports on sales progress and partnership performance.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior commercial roles, with a proven track record in deal closure.
