Core responsibilities of the role:
- Inputting data into Sage accounts package
- Journal Entries
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Answering calls & taking phone messages
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, outlook and excel).
- Adaptability to CRM software packages.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data entry.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
- Flexible can-do approach to work.
- Have an excellent phone manner and email etiquette.
