A temporary Data Entry/Accounts Administrator position is available with our client located in Dublin 8. The role involves supporting the owner and handling data input into their Sage accounting package whilst also managing reception duties.

Core responsibilities of the role:
  • Inputting data into Sage accounts package
  • Journal Entries
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Answering calls & taking phone messages
Key Attributes:
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, outlook and excel).
  • Adaptability to CRM software packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data entry.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
  • Flexible can-do approach to work.
  • Have an excellent phone manner and email etiquette.
