HGV Driver
My client, a well-established specialist in roofing and cladding solutions based in Naas, Co. Kildare, is currently seeking an experienced Driver to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional manufacturing and distribution environment, delivering high-quality products to customers across Ireland.
The Role: As a Driver, you’ll be responsible for providing an efficient and safe delivery and collection service to customers, acting as a professional and courteous representative of the company. You will take ownership of your vehicle and trailer unit, ensuring they are well-maintained and reflect the company's high standards. You will also manage load and unload activities, adhere to health & safety procedures, and communicate effectively with management.
Key Responsibilities:

On-time delivery and collection of goods across Ireland

Load and unload your own vehicle safely

Maintain vehicle condition and comply with safety regulations

Complete all documentation accurately

Represent the company professionally with all customers and road users
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of HGV driving experience (articulated or rigid)

Full, clean HGV Licence with valid CPC and Digi card

Strong knowledge of Ireland’s road network

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Forklift Licence desirable (not essential)

Experience in construction/logistics preferred
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (40 hours/week) with overtime.
