Customer Service Host/Concierge (Retail)

As a Host/Concierge, you will be the face of Kildare Village, providing exceptional customer service and support to shoppers and visitors. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience by engaging with customers, offering assistance, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they circulate the premises.
  • Provide information about stores, promotions, events, and services available in the mall.
  • Assist customers with directions, including locating specific stores, restrooms, and other facilities.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote loyalty.
  • Collaborate with mall management and store managers to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
