Customer Service Host/Concierge (Retail)
As a Host/Concierge, you will be the face of Kildare Village, providing exceptional customer service and support to shoppers and visitors. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience by engaging with customers, offering assistance, and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they circulate the premises.
- Provide information about stores, promotions, events, and services available in the mall.
- Assist customers with directions, including locating specific stores, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote loyalty.
- Collaborate with mall management and store managers to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
