Business Support Executive
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the purpose of the Business Support Executive role is to provide a complete support service to the Financial Controller. Responsible to ensure all Head Office facilities and operations-based activities are followed up and closed out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Reporting to the Finance/Operations Business Partner, the Business Support Executive must ensure any complaints received into the Department are escalated to the Finance/Operations Business Partner as appropriate and assist the Finance/Operations BP in the smooth performance of all team members in the delivery of best-in-class support services to both our internal and external customers.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact through the Support buddy system to HAD’s, CC’s and Technicians to resolve issues arising in POS with activities such as orders, returns and exchanges.
- Oversee DM performance and ensure any issues are actioned and communicated to the global support team in a timely manner.
- Responsible for release prioritisation in DM, creating change requests, testing, attending release DEMO sessions and communicating changes to the business.
- Assist with project-based work implementing new procedures, designing new system and improvements to processes.
- Oversee Digidocs functionality – updates, reporting any issues, working with developers, rolling out additional forms etc
- Ensure all HAD’s and Technicians have functioning EPADS for capturing digital signatures.
- Management of Company Motor Fleet to include fuel cards, eflow, valet, Insurance renewal, etc., as confirmed by the Executive Team and in line with DP obligations.
- Maintain a proactive working relationship with the motor fleet company both SI and NI to ensure renewals, disc’s, etc., are always up-to-date and issued to the Company car users.
Work Experience And Skills Required
- Strong Communication Skills both written and oral.
- Excellent Telephone Skills and Manner.
- Previous Office/Secretarial Experience Essential.
- Previous experience of working in ERP systems and robust understanding of systems and analytics.
- Professional Standard of Computer Literacy in particular Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of accuracy.
- Understand priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
