Scheduling Administrator & Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised Scheduling Administrator to join our Operations & Coordination team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in workforce planning, appointment coordination, and diary management. Key responsibilities include rostering, utilising booking systems, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for personnel and appointments.
- Utilise scheduling software to optimise workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to schedules and calendars.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and implement solutions promptly.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a scheduling administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
- Available to work every second weekend, with 2 days off mid-week to supplement this.
