Join my Kildare-based Client for this exciting position as a Document & IT Manager/Administrator. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will play a pivotal role where you will oversee document management and administration for tenders and bids, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities
    • Assisting the Estimating Dept in document management & administration for tenders/ other bids.  Ensuring that all documents/ folders are kept up to date, revisions stored, other documents superseded, etc.
    • Preparation and submission of Prequalification bids by the Company, in collaboration with the Commercial Director/ Estimators.
    • Maintaining a well-organised Library of data for Tender & Prequal submissions.
    • Administration/ management of the Company’s Document Management System (DMS) (SharePoint), including setting up new Sites/ Subsites/ Libraries, etc, for the Company’s Tenders, Operations, and other business functions.
    • Setting up alternative DMS for the Company’s construction projects, where these are required by the specific contract.
    • Procurement of IT Hardware and Software for the Company’s operations, arranging installations/ configurations and maintaining inventory.
    • Liaising with IT maintenance providers (outsourced) to ensure new installs, upgrades, and corrective actions, including Cyber-attack prevention, are carried out successfully.
    • IT induction of new starters, refresher training (when required) and organising outsourced training on new/ existing systems.
    • Updating of the Company’s website, Linkedin page and preparation of other Marketing documents/ files.
